		<description>Foarte util postul. Pentru cei care lucreaza acasa, dar si pt. cei de la birou (presupun ca e cam jenant sa faci unele exercitii ale programului alaturi de 15 colegi) recomand http://www.workrave.org/ . Din 50 in 50 minute (sau o anumita perioada de timp) programul blocheaza mouseul/tastatura si iti arata tot felul de exercitii timp de cateva minute. Este foarte util si pentru relaxarea ochilor deoarece &quot;te zgorneste&quot; din fata monitorului.</description>
